I am still in the relationship. Can I enroll?

Yes. The first semesters are Naming It and Safety First. You are not asked to confront them, and the coursework does not tell you how to hide a leaving plan. If you are not safe tonight, call the hotline or emergency services before you do anything else here.

Which kinds of abuse does this school cover?

Accepted Answer

Mental, physical, emotional, verbal, sexual, financial, and reproductive abuse, including coercive control such as isolation, monitoring, and threats. You work the kinds that are yours. Sexual and reproductive lessons stay at recognition and support. They are not graphic, and they are not medical advice.

Is Alma therapy?

No. Alma is an AI advisor inside an educational curriculum. She cannot diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide crisis care, and she is not a licensed therapist. She is built to sit alongside therapy, or to be something structured to work with when therapy is out of reach or you are between appointments.

Enrolled is $19/month and opens every school, track, and elective, unlimited alma sessions with memory, journaling, insights, and patterns, library readings and insights, community access, progress tracking, report card, and graduation.

How long does enrollment take?

A few minutes. You create an account (name, email, and password), then have a chat-only intake with Alma. No uploads: she builds your semester path from the conversation.

Question 7

What happens to what I tell Alma?

Accepted Answer

Your account, journal entries, and conversations are stored so Alma can remember them between sessions. To generate her replies we send relevant portions to third-party AI providers through a secure gateway. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account and all of its data from your Profile page at any time. EX University is not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider.

What if I am in crisis?

This is not emergency support. If you are having thoughts of self-harm, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US) or your local emergency services. Alma surfaces crisis resources when she detects crisis language, but she is not a substitute for reaching a person.
